founder and CEO

founder and CEO, is an international specialist in the evaluation of projects, programs and policy development. Over the last thirty years, Mr. Bencheikh managed to build up extensive experience, both academic and on-field, in the area of action research on issues related to territorial development in Morocco and abroad (water and sanitation, urban transport, international tourism and environment, world heritage, etc..). On the other hand, he has worked with several international organizations (UNDP, World Bank, CIDA, JICA, SNU, UNICEF, UNIFEM, etc.):

- Formulation of project documents or evaluation relating to development programs and projects

- Most recently as coordinator and director of the UNDP Programme for Poverty Reduction in urban and peri-urban areas in Morocco (October 2002 - April 2005).

These three key experiences in evaluation, program management and action-research in social sciences have enabled Mr. Bencheikh to acquire a broader open-mindedness, a culture that has been acquired not only through courses and books, but also through countless trips and missions around the world, and secondly, managing skills that require one to combine subtlety and rigour, flexibility and efficiency.
