EVALUA Development was founded in July 2006, born of a will to create a space devoted solely to the evaluation of development, intellectually and financially independent, that is both a research centre, a venue for services of evaluation studies and training, as well as strategic consulting in the area of human development.

Ahmed Bencheikh
founder and CEOfounder and CEO, is an international specialist in the evaluation of projects, programs and policy development.
Over the last thirty years, Mr. Bencheikh managed to build up extensive experience, both academic and on-field, in the area of action research on issues related to territorial development in Morocco and abroad.(water and sanitation, urban transport, international tourism and environment, world heritage, etc..).
Khadija Hssaine
founding partnerfounding partner, has accumulated valuable experience over the last 30 years in teaching, training and research on socio-anthropological and cultural issues in Morocco.
Mrs. Hssaine has conducted a great number of evaluations on behalf of international cooperation agencies (UN system, UNICEF, Japan International Cooperation Agency and Overseas Project Management Consultants, Ltd.).
